Fitine ("Fitine", "we", "us", or "our") is a personal habit and workout tracker. This Privacy Policy explains
what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Fitine you
agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple, we collect your email
address. We may also receive your display name and profile photo from that provider.
- Profile information (optional). You may set a display name and a profile photo. If you choose a profile
photo, you select it from your device's photo library and we upload that single image to our servers (Firebase
Storage) to display it on your profile. We do not browse, scan, or upload any other photos.
- Routine and workout content. Everything you enter is stored locally on your device. If you enable Cloud
Backup (a Pro feature), this content is also synced to our servers so you can restore it across devices.
- Usage and analytics data. Anonymized analytics about how the app is used, via Firebase Analytics.
- Crash diagnostics. If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a stack trace and basic device metadata.
We do not include your routine or workout content in crash reports.
- Push notification token. If you enable notifications, we receive a device push token from Firebase Cloud
Messaging to deliver reminders.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google; we receive confirmation of your status
but never see your payment card details.
2. Information we do NOT collect
- Your location · your contacts · health data from Apple Health/Google Fit/wearables · photos other than the
single profile image you choose · browsing history. We do not track you across other apps, and we do not use your
data for advertising.
3. How we use your information
To provide features you ask for, deliver notifications, process subscriptions, fix crashes, and improve the app
via anonymized analytics. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics); Apple and Google (sign-in +
subscriptions). We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Where your data is stored
On Google Firebase infrastructure in the United States. By using Fitine you consent to this storage.
